Home screen. Whether the local context-guru proxy is running and this project is routed through it, then dollars saved, today against yesterday, and the top three things to do next. Use when the user asks how context-guru is doing, about its status, or whether the proxy is working. Accepts --stats to print the raw /stats JSON verbatim instead of the interpreted report.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

**If invoked with `--stats`**, skip everything below: resolve the port the same way step 1 does
(`settings.py port show`, then `settings.py config`, then the `plugin.json` default), run

and print its output verbatim — no narration, no interpretation, not even the liveness check. This
is for someone who wants the JSON itself, not a reading of it; a failed curl (proxy not up) should
still be shown as-is rather than translated into prose. If `jq` is not installed, fall back to the
bare `curl` and print the unformatted body rather than failing.
**Otherwise**, answer two questions in order, because the second is meaningless if the first is "no":
1. **Is this project actually routed, and is the proxy up?**
2. **What has it saved?**
## 1. Routing and liveness
First get the configured port, because you cannot read it from the environment here —
`CLAUDE_PLUGIN_OPTION_*` reaches hook environments only, so a shell default would silently report on
8787 while the user runs on something else:

How to install
mdr add rossoctl/context-guru/status@sha256:231e0e1733d44d84The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261015.3051da9, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
