Scan the codebase to discover recurring coding patterns and update `draft/guardrails.md` with learned conventions and anti-patterns. This improves future quality command accuracy by reducing false positives and catching known-bad patterns.

mdr add drafthq/draft/learn@git:20260819.fda278emdr add drafthq/draft/learn@sha256:a088521ca6ef033ePin to a label to follow the author's releases, or to a sha256 to freeze the exact bytes forever. Either way the resolved hash is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install reproduces it on any machine.
