How to launch and supervise apra-fleet's autonomous sprint workflow from the CLI (`apra-fleet workflow fleet-sprint`) -- the --issue/--members/--branch/--base flag contract, the preconditions to check first, how to launch it as a detached process, and how to watch it via its dashboard. Trigger before running `apra-fleet workflow fleet-sprint`.

# fleet-sprint
`fleet-sprint` is apra-fleet's autonomous sprint engine. It drives a full
plan -> develop -> review -> deploy -> integ-test -> harvest cycle across one
or more registered fleet members, working a set of beads issues on a branch
and opening a PR at the end.

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
