# 美客多目标 ROAS 与预算试验 ## 任务与输入 - 同口径成本、归因收入、订单与贡献，区分当前目标和实绩。 - 广告主/站点、活动/组、实际允许目标范围、平均日预算及账期消耗。 - 库存、变价/活动记录、可接受损失和试验授权。 先固定国家站、经营/物流模式、币种和观察日期。将事实、估算、假设与未知分开；缺关键资料时完成可确定部分，把受影响的判断留待补证。 ## 工作流程 1. 先算可承受广告成本及理论盈亏平衡回报，核费用和归因范围；缺成本不推荐精确目标。 2. 解释目标ROAS上调可能收紧竞争、下调可能增加支出的方向，不保证一定扩量或盈利。 3. 一次改变主要变量，列出观察窗口、累计花费边界、停止条件和混杂因素；平均日预算与单日/账期实际消耗分别控制。 4. 观察数据成熟后对照贡献、订单和库存，保留不足以判断的结果；执行后的回读和恢复条件写入记录。 ## 交付 交付目标与预算试验单、亏损边界、监控项和可回退的调整方案。 遇到条件分支、字段设计和误判场景时读[操作手册](references/playbook.md)；核查来源实际支持范围和当期规则时读[证据与规则](references/evidence.md)。 ## 执行范围 本包的流程、模板和算例为 M（模型综合），不表示已接入美客多或验证经营收益。只执行用户已授权的动作，已有授权不重复索取；变更需明确对象、前后值、实际能力与回读办法。工具不可用时交付方案和输入需求，不伪造已生效结果。
