Inventory parked work — unfinished plans, deferred phases, TODO/FIXME, skipped tests, open findings — into a living BACKLOG.md that diffs new/done/stale. Use when "what's left behind", "inventory TODOs", or "consolidate the backlog".
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# housekeep-backlog — Living register of parked work **Degree of freedom: MIXED.** Discovery scan `[LOW freedom — run exactly]`. Classification, dedup, priority `[HIGH freedom]`. Apply-now for the **register only**. You do not implement backlog items here. Every `plan-*` skill *creates* parked work; this is the collector. **The failure mode is not making the inventory — it goes stale within a month and nobody can tell if debt is shrinking.** So this is `docs-adr` for parked work: regenerate, diff against the last run, keep stable IDs. Prefer `docs/BACKLOG.md`. How to install
mdr add kensaurus/cursor-kenji/housekeep-backlog@sha256:fd5636efa88dcaa0The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261009.3771283, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
