Use for "interrogate", "adversarial review", "multi-model review", "challenge this", "stress test this code", "find blind spots", or "tear this apart". Adversaries try to break a change or design, and only findings proven by a run survive.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Interrogate Adversaries try to break a change or a design. A finding survives only when a run proves it. Report the findings. Do not apply fixes. ## Frame The scope is what the user names. Otherwise it is the branch diff from its merge base with the base branch, through the working tree. State the intent with the **in-your-own-words** skill, from the user's message, the commits, and the PR description. Ask the user when the intent is unclear. ## Fan out Run Phase A steps 3 and 4 and Phase B of the **arena** skill, with four changes. Read the `interrogate reviewers` line in place of `arena runners`. Copy the scope's uncommitted changes into each worktree. Spawn each adversary as a general-purpose subagent (`generalPurpose` in Cursor). How to install
mdr add backnotprop/pstack/interrogate@sha256:ce9d4c1390657924The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261028.23ef874, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
