# How to work in this repo This is a marketing workspace for one company. Read this file first. ## Before you write anything 1. Read the relevant files in `context/`: at least `icp/`, `positioning/` and `messaging/`, plus `brand/` for anything public. 2. If a context file you need is empty, say so and offer to run the skill that fills it. Don't invent the missing facts. 3. Save work to `outputs/<lane>/` and name files `MMYY-topic.md`, for example `1026-launch-plan.md`. ## House rules - Source every claim, and mark guesses as guesses. Never invent numbers, quotes or customers. - Keep each `CLAUDE.md` to one page. They are maps, not documents. - Write in the voice in `context/brand/`. If there isn't one, write plainly and say so. ## Map - `context/`: what's true about the company - `outputs/`: what we ship - `example/pulse-analytics/`: a filled-in example. Copy its shape, never its facts

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
