Have three isolated LLM reader personas read a draft (article, README) in rounds, revise only how it is shown, and count what each revision added. Use when checking whether a draft gets across before the author reads it (ペルソナに読ませて).
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# persona-read-loop — freeze, read, sort, revise, stop
Three readers chosen for the target read a frozen draft in isolated processes and answer in JSON.
You revise how the draft shows what the author decided, count what each revision added, and stop
when no new reason appears. This is a cheap pre-screen, not user research: the answers are
material for revision, and the readers' evaluation is never an acceptance condition. Acceptance
stays with the author's read-through (and any review the caller runs after this loop). The loop
closes on reasons, never on a score.

it as that directory.
## Presets
A preset holds what differs by target: the three reader roles, the prompt and its JSON fields, how
to read the answers, and any extra stop condition. Everything else is in this file.

How to install
mdr add shimo4228/claude-harness/persona-read-loop@sha256:e1f5507023403e43The line at the top of this page pins the label v0.1.0, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
