Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# AI 新闻精选日报（独立技能包） 引擎负责采集、排序、精选和校验，**摘要由你（当前对话模型）撰写**，且只能复述该条 `source_text`。没有网络或来源失败时如实说明，不要用记忆补新闻。 ## 前置条件 - **Python 3.11+**（仅标准库，无需 pip 安装）。`python --version` 能输出即可。 - 联网访问公开来源（官方站点、RSS、GitHub、Hugging Face、YouTube 频道 RSS 等）。 - 在本技能目录（SKILL.md 所在目录）执行命令。状态保存在 `data/`（来源快照、草稿、 冻结日报、SQLite 采集历史），用 `AI_NEWS_STATE_DIR` 可改位置。 先自检： ```bash python scripts/news.py doctor ``` ## 调用方式 所有命令输出一行 JSON（UTF-8）。请求参数既可用命令行开关，也可用 `--request-file` 传 UTF-8 JSON 文件（写中文摘要时优先用文件，避免各 shell 的编码与转义问题）。 ```bash python scripts/news.py prepare [--date YYYY-MM-DD] [--offset N] [--limit 1-20] python scripts/news.py save --request-file <文件> python scripts/news.py query [--kind daily|breaking|trend] [--date …] [--days 2-31] [--offset N] [--limit N] ``` ## 日报流程 1. `prepare`：首次会采集并冻结当天来源，之后复用快照。**冻结的只有精选记录** （默认最多 40 条）：每个事件一条；低证据来源与超出 24 小时的补录仅在紧急告警时 保留；同一来源最多 3 条；单一来源类型不超过 40%。返回里 `collected` 是采集总数， `selection` 说明各原因剔除了多少，向用户汇报时说「从 N 条中精选 M 条」，不要把精选数 说成全天新闻总量。需要更多或更少：环境变量 `AI_NEWS_DIGEST_LIMIT`（5–100）。 2. 若 `digest_exists=true`，改用 `query --kind daily` 展示已冻结日报，不重复生成。 3. 按 `next_offset` 分页读完全部记录，记录 `source_set_sha256`。每批为每条记录写中文 摘要，写入请求文件后 `save --request-file`，`finalize` 为 false 保存草稿： …
