# 法大大睿契 MCP 使用指南 法大大睿契是一个法律能力连接器，通过 MCP 向 Agent 暴露一组法律工具。工具清单由服务端配置决定，随时可能增减，所以这里只讲怎么用，不列具体工具。 ## 1. 能力范围 连接器覆盖以下能力（定位稳定，工具形态可变）： - **法律检索**：检索法律法规条文 - **类案检索**：检索相似司法案例 - **企业信息查询**：查询企业工商、涉诉、年报信息 - **合同审查**：上传合同、发起审查、导出审查意见书 ## 2. 使用方式 ### 发现工具（不依赖本文） 调用 MCP 的 `tools/list`（或 `tool_search`）获取**当前实际可用**的工具及其描述、参数定义。每个工具自带完整说明： - **用途**：工具描述里说明了它做什么、适用什么场景 - **入参**：参数描述里说明了字段含义、是否必填、取值约束 - **返回值**：返回内容的结构与含义 **始终以 MCP 返回的工具定义为准，不要依赖本文或其他地方记忆的旧清单。** ### 按定义调用 1. 先看工具描述，判断它是否适合当前任务 2. 按参数描述填参：必填项齐全、可选项按需、取值符合约束 3. 拿到返回结果后，向用户如实转述，不添油加醋、不编造缺失内容 ### 处理失败 工具不可用、报错、或返回空结果时，向用户如实说明，不假装成功。可在需要时重试一次。 ## 3. 业务使用原则 以下原则不随工具清单变化，始终适用： 1. **先检索、后下结论**：涉及法条、判例的结论，先调用检索类能力获取原文作为依据；检索无结果时如实标注「待核查」，不要凭记忆编造 2. **流程性能力按顺序调用**：合同审查这类多步骤能力，后一步依赖前一步的结果，必须按链路顺序执行，不可跳步 3. **需要用户确认的环节先确认**：如审查清单、审查立场等影响结果的选项，先向用户展示并确认再继续 4. **耗时操作耐心等待**：审查、生成等耗时环节支持查询进度，按返回的进度状态轮询，完成后及时提供最终结果 5. **立场与尺度影响结果**：若能力支持指定审查视角（如甲方/乙方）或严格程度，按用户角色与需求合理选择 ## 4. 常见错误做法 - 凭记忆硬编码工具名、参数、返回结构——工具清单变化后会产生误导 - 跳过流程性能力的中间步骤，直接用后一步的输入 - 检索无结果时凭经验编造法条或案例 - 把失败/空结果包装成成功展示给用户
