Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# /review-coach: quick pass · Standards · Spec · Blast radius One review skill. It starts with a fast heuristic pass and ends with a verdict. **Quick mode** (the user asks for a quick look, or the graphs can't be built): do steps 1–2 only, report the risk level and the verified findings, and offer the full review. ## Step 0: preflight 1. `lfg graphs ensure`. Non-zero exit: stop and show its output. Continue on a stale graph only if the user typed `--allow-stale`. 2. `lfg run path`. Exit 1: `lfg run new review-<branch-slug>`. 3. `lfg rule graph-first`. ## Steps 1. **Pin the base.** Default: `git merge-base HEAD origin/main`; use the user's ref if given. The change is `git diff <base>` (working tree, since nothing is committed) plus untracked files from `git status --porcelain`. Empty change or bad ref → stop here. 2. **Quick pass.** `lfg review-coach --base <base> --json`: a regex engine that returns `risk_level` (HIGH_RISK / NEEDS_WORK / READY_TO_REVIEW), `counts` by severity, and issues with `file`, `line`, `severity`, `message`, `suggestion`. Read each flagged line yourself and drop false positives; the ones that hold go to the Standards axis as findings. …

How to install
mdr add varun-singhh/lfg/review-coach@sha256:3270444a3c3297e3The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261024.eedafda, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
