Use ao levantar base legal para cláusula, postura, obrigação ou disputa e ao validar afirmação jurídica antes de entrar em minuta ou notificação.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. Esta skill existe para que **tudo o que a squad afirma sobre direito tenha uma fonte primária localizável, com artigo ou número e data** — e para que quem lê saiba o que a fonte diz, o que a pesquisadora leu nela e o que ninguém aqui recomenda, porque recomendação é da strategist e parecer é do advogado inscrito da empresa. ## 1. Princípios 1. **Fonte primária ou nada.** Lei com artigo/inciso; acórdão com tribunal, número e data de julgamento; doutrina com autor, obra e ano. Fonte secundária (blog, resumo, notícia, resposta de IA) é pista para achar a primária — nunca entra como fonte. 2. **Toda fonte tem data de consulta e vigência conferida.** Lei revogada é histórico, não base. Fonte com mais de 12 meses ou norma alterada desde a consulta → reconsultar e datar de novo. 3. **Achado ≠ leitura ≠ recomendação.** Achado é o que a fonte diz. How to install
mdr add joaoguirunas/team-os/legal-research@sha256:a307d34556e56158The line at the top of this page pins the label v1.0, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
