# 美客多季节需求与备货倒排 ## 任务与输入 - 目标国家、品类、当地事件日期和至少覆盖相应季节的需求序列。 - 采购、质检、运输、清关、预约和入库的分段时长与不确定性。 - 可售/在途库存、资金和仓容约束，活动后残值或移出方案。 先固定国家站、经营/物流模式、币种和观察日期。将事实、估算、假设与未知分开；缺关键资料时完成可确定部分，把受影响的判断留待补证。 ## 工作流程 1. 先区分常年需求、季节需求和一次性事件商品，记录榜单、销量估算及真实订单的来源差异。 2. 核实目标年份的当地事件与需求变化，不将平台AI摘要或单年月度Top50当成经过验证的完整市场。 3. 从需要可售的日期倒排全部物流阶段，用延迟情景估算最晚采购及补货截止。 4. 分别计算正常、旺季不足和旺季回落后的余货；确定首批、补单条件和停止补货节点。 ## 交付 交付国家化需求日历、可售日期倒排、补货窗口与尾货情景。 遇到条件分支、字段设计和误判场景时读[操作手册](references/playbook.md)；核查来源实际支持范围和当期规则时读[证据与规则](references/evidence.md)。 ## 执行范围 本包的流程、模板和算例为 M（模型综合），不表示已接入美客多或验证经营收益。只执行用户已授权的动作，已有授权不重复索取；变更需明确对象、前后值、实际能力与回读办法。工具不可用时交付方案和输入需求，不伪造已生效结果。
