Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

Capitalise une doc, un PDF ou un dépôt en compétence réutilisable : ingérer, extraire l'intention,
rédiger un brouillon de `SKILL.md` (ou une fiche), vérifier qu'il n'existe pas déjà, **proposer**.
La création et l'installation restent un acte humain (R53 ; R26 : anti-doublon — définitions dans
`${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/references/regles.md`).
## Pipeline
1. **Ingestion** selon la source :
- PDF → skill `pdf` (extraction texte) ; DOCX → skill `docx` ; XLSX → skill `xlsx`.
- Page web / dépôt → WebFetch (README brut via `raw.githubusercontent.com` si volumineux) ; gros
contenu lu par tranches.
- Contenu déjà dans le vault → lecture directe des notes voisines pour situer l'existant.
2. **Extraction d'intention** : de quoi parle la source ? quel besoin récurrent couvre-t-elle ? quels
déclencheurs naturels ? entrées/sorties ? garde-fous ? Si la réponse est « c'est du contenu, pas une
capacité » → fiche, pas skill.
3. **Brouillon** :
- *Skill* → `SKILL.md` conforme à la checklist ci-dessous ; corps = workflow, format de sortie,
garde-fous, un exemple.

How to install
mdr add geekfamilycorp/tricorderkit/doc-to-skill@sha256:38d7b390a03aa004The line at the top of this page pins the label v1.1, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
