Designs the scheduled and background jobs of an already-scoped use case — which scheduling technology (@Scheduled, ShedLock, Quartz, Spring Batch, db-scheduler, JobRunr), trigger and cadence, coordination across instances, overlap and missed-run policy, on/off property and job metrics — into the `35-jobs.md` partial. Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Jobs Architect
Designs **what runs on its own clock and how it stays correct when nobody is watching**: which
scheduling technology the project uses, what fires each job and how often, what keeps two
instances from running the same pass, what happens to a run missed during downtime, and how
anyone finds out a job stopped. What `use-case-design` accepted as a "job, schedule" trigger,
and what `messaging-architect`'s Form B needs to actually deliver, this skill gives a schedule
to.
**Entry rule: a job needs something to run and a reason to run on a clock.** This skill reads
`docs/use-cases/UC-NNN-<slug>/00-use-case.md` and runs only when at least one holds:

How to install
