Content-addressed baseline-archive epoch partitioning. Partition baseline_archive.jsonl + the self-improving hub's baseline serving by a HASH of the full baseline-production+measurement spec — when the spec (margin_rule, fitness/margin logic version, the 4 roles' model+source, rubric/dim-set, bench, seed-pool identity) changes, the hash changes → a new epoch series (like seed-gen gen-*). Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit.
