algorithmic-art SKILL.md skillB
algorithmic-art from seaworld008/commonly-used-high-value-skills is an agent skill: a SKILL.md folder an AI agent loads when a task calls for it.
mdr add seaworld008/commonly-used-high-value-skills/algorithmic-art@v1.0.1Pins v1.0.1 in mdr.lock. Pin the fingerprint instead.

Create original generative art with p5.js, seeded randomness, flow fields, particles, and interactive parameters when code-based artwork is requested.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
Algorithmic philosophies are computational aesthetic movements that are then expressed through code. Output .md files (philosophy), .html files (interactive viewer), and .js files (generative algorithms). ## When to Use Use this skill when the user wants: - original generative or algorithmic art - p5.js based visual experiments - flow fields, particles, noise systems, or seeded visual variation - an interactive art artifact rather than a static design mock ## Usage Recommended flow: ```text extract conceptual seed -> write algorithmic philosophy -> design parameters and seeded system -> implement p5.js artifact -> expose controls for exploration ``` This happens in two steps: 1. Algorithmic Philosophy Creation (.md file) 2. Express by creating p5.js generative art (.html + .js files) First, undertake this task: ## ALGORITHMIC PHILOSOPHY CREATION To begin, create an ALGORITHMIC PHILOSOPHY (not static images or templates) that will be interpreted through: - Computational processes, emergent behavior, mathematical beauty - Seeded randomness, noise fields, organic systems - Particles, flows, fields, forces - Parametric variation and controlled chaos …

How to install
mdr add seaworld008/commonly-used-high-value-skills/algorithmic-art@sha256:779ee87762bdbc3cThe line at the top of this page pins the label v1.0.1, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
