Work through review findings on a PR, or on a branch before it has one, one at a time.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Address Review
Work through code review findings on a pull request, or on a branch before it has one, investigating each one and applying fixes where warranted.
**Always pause for the user's decision on each finding** -- even in auto mode, even if the reviewer or your own assessment recommends skipping. Auto mode grants tool access, not decision authority; the user decides what to fix, skip, or adjust.
Where the project's own rules say otherwise, follow them.
## Process
### 1. Load Review
Determine the PR number or branch from the user's request; with neither, the current branch. A branch with an open PR (`gh pr view <branch> --json number,state`) is handled as that PR. For a PR, get its branch (`gh pr view <pr-number> --json headRefName,isCrossRepository`). Load the `praxis:workspace-patterns` skill and read the latest review in the branch's folder in the workspace (the `<n>.md` with the highest number). For a PR, also read what people have posted on it: its comments and reviews, and the comments on its lines, which `gh pr view` does not show:

How to install
mdr add jartan-llc/grimoire/address-review@sha256:a260599f16f7b889The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261028.38332e5, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
