Verify cryptographic Proof-of-Escrow backing (L1 UTXO outpoint proofs + Base Mainnet wDOOM settlement receipts) on GitHub bounties before spending autonomous agent compute, query on-chain balances, and claim DOOM/wDOOM rewards.
