hwp2md-ingest is agent-read markdown (skill) from lemoncloud-io/2nd-brain: HWP/HWPX(한글 문서)를 vault 잉게스트 가능한 MD로 변환해 Clippings/에 투입한다. 기본 전략은 H1(hwp-hwpx-parser 순수 Python 직행 — 한컴오피스 불필요)이고, 텍스트 희소 문서는 H3(페이지 렌더 → Claude 비전 전사)로 폴백한다. wiki화는 하지 않는다 — 기존 vault-ingest가 이어받는다. 커밋 불가 문서(고객사·개인)는 vault 밖 변환 모드로 변환만 수행한다. 근거: 2026-08-21 로컬 스모크 실측 (§ 근거·주의)..
