Discover repository evidence and write a frozen Normalized Repository State. Produces verified repository evidence and keeps facts, decisions, planned work, documentation, and inference separate. It does not make recommendations or infer implementation from documentation. Triggers: "discover repository state", "normalize repository state", "freeze repository facts".
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. Record only directly observed statements in **Repository Facts**, each with file:line or command evidence. 3. Record design records under **Accepted Decisions**, roadmap entries under **Planned work**, and document-only claims under **Documentation**. How to install
mdr add gtrabanco/agentic-workflow/discover-repository-state@sha256:879443535fcf1e42The line at the top of this page pins the label v1.2.2, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
