Design notes on a PR, "Design review (advisory)" in the evidence check, "worth fixing", layout.split-row, OW-LIST, a reviewer says the UI looks off. Use to read what the design review found on a PR's screenshots, fix it in code, and prove the note is gone.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Skill: Fix design notes
PR CI no longer runs the design review (the `judge-vision` job was removed).
Get the notes locally: record the spec, then
`pnpm --dir evals design:review -- --test-run latest`. Older PRs may still
show notes in their Evidence preview check.
Every PR that records evidence screenshots gets an advisory design review. Its
notes ride in the **Evidence preview** check, next to the evidence they are
about: one summary line, and the notes as the check's text. They never change
the evidence verdict, but a note marked *Worth fixing* is a defect a careful
designer would send back. Fix it, or say in the PR why the screen is right.

How to install
mdr add different-ai/openwork/fix-design-notes@sha256:438920c2acb7f1a3The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261027.d4b32a6, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
