Review auto-memory entries and propose promotions to CLAUDE.md, CLAUDE.local.md, or shared memory. Also detects outdated, conflicting, and duplicate entries across memory layers.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Memory Review ## Goal Review the user's memory landscape and produce a clear report of proposed changes, grouped by action type. Do NOT apply changes - present proposals for user approval. ## Steps ### 1. Gather all memory layers Read CLAUDE.md and CLAUDE.local.md from the project root (if they exist). Your auto-memory content is already in your system prompt - review it there. Note which team memory sections exist, if any. **Success criteria**: You have the contents of all memory layers and can compare them. ### 2. How to install
mdr add sneg55/agent-starter/remember@sha256:5514bc9c52a843c0The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260615.d335473, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
