360-degree view of an account - CRM data, recent email threads, docs, transcripts, and internal chat chatter, synthesized into one brief. Use when the user asks "tell me about [account]" (an existing customer; for a prospect, account-research), "account context for [name]", "what's going on with [account]", or "catch me up on [account]".
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # Account Context
**Rules (apply to every step of this skill):**
- Work silently between tool calls and batch independent reads. When the user asks for an action (update a record, send an email, post to chat, book a meeting), take it through the connector. When the skill suggests a change the user did not ask for, show the change and its evidence and let the user decide. Permissions live in each connector's own settings (allow, ask or block per tool): never add a restriction the connector does not impose, and never refuse an action the user asked for on the plugin's own authority.
- Ground field, stage and picklist names on the live CRM's own schema. Never assume one vendor's shapes on another.

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
