Use when the orchestrator is about to dispatch a specialist turn that writes to a repository, runs alongside other turns, or carries acceptance the specialist must meet.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Dispatch
Dispatch is the technique for turning a route already decided into specialist
turns that can run, prove themselves and land without stepping on each other.
It runs mid-flow. Upstream, the orchestrator has cleared the intent and composed
the route. Downstream, the kernel renders the goal into a specialist's context,
the specialist works and closes a contract, a verifier judges it, and an
integration puts it on the shared branch. All three consume what this skill
produces -- a goal, a wave, an integration order -- so a defect here is paid
downstream, where it is harder to see.
The orchestrator's identity lists what every goal carries at the moment of
dispatch; this skill holds the reasons behind the writing, parallel and
integration parts. Commands, sequences and numbers are in `reference.md`; one
two-writer wave, end to end, is in `examples.md`.
## The eight principles
1. **A goal completes the kernel; it never repeats it.** The kernel is data
only: it carries the turn's identity, the project and its declared workflow,
the read menu, a bound task's gates and the user's standing rows. The contract

The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261015.05c65fd, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
A 17 of 17 checks passed. Fixed automatic checks with no AI involved, so the same checks give the same answer every run.
