architectural-proposals SKILL.md skillA
This file is byte-identical to the first copy the registry indexed, one of 3 indexed copies. Same content hash, so the same checks give both the same grade.
architectural-proposals from bradygaster/squad is an agent skill: a SKILL.md folder an AI agent loads when a task calls for it.
mdr add bradygaster/squad/architectural-proposals@git:20260910.9cf5842Pins git:20260910.9cf5842 in mdr.lock. Pin the fingerprint instead.

How to write comprehensive architectural proposals that drive alignment before code is written.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
## Context Proposals create alignment before code is written. Cheaper to change a doc than refactor code. Use this pattern when: - Architecture shifts invalidate existing assumptions - Product direction changes require new foundation - Multiple waves/milestones will be affected by a decision - External dependencies (Copilot CLI, SDK APIs) change ## Patterns ### Proposal Structure (docs/proposals/) **Required sections:** 1. **Problem Statement** — Why current state is broken (specific, measurable evidence) 2. **Proposed Architecture** — Solution with technical specifics (not hand-waving) 3. **What Changes** — Impact on existing work (waves, milestones, modules) 4. **What Stays the Same** — Preserve existing functionality (no regression) 5. **Key Decisions Needed** — Explicit choices with recommendations 6. **Risks and Mitigations** — Likelihood + impact + mitigation strategy 7. **Scope** — What's in v1, what's deferred (timeline clarity) **Optional sections:** - Implementation Plan (high-level milestones) - Success Criteria (measurable outcomes) - Open Questions (unresolved items) - Appendix (prior art, alternatives considered) ### Tone Ceiling Enforcement **Always:** …

How to install
mdr add bradygaster/squad/architectural-proposals@sha256:ad3c3f5fd63b72ffThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260910.9cf5842, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
