Knowledge base sync and health check for the knowledge-base skill. Scans all topic folders, regenerates index.md from every summary's frontmatter so new documents appear and rows for deleted files drop out, refreshes topic descriptions, cleans up stale split directories, and reports health issues (missing summaries, naming inconsistencies, orphaned files, duplicate content). Triggers on "kb update", "kb up", "update kb", and "kb sync".
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Knowledge Base Update Sync the `knowledge-base` skill's index with the contents of the knowledge base on disk, then run a health check. Companion skill to `knowledge-base`: where `knowledge-base` processes new documents one at a time and answers queries, this skill keeps the index honest and surfaces drift. ## Knowledge Base Location Edit the path below to match the knowledge base root used by the `knowledge-base` skill on this system: ``` <knowledge-base-root>/ ``` All paths in this skill are relative to that root. How to install
