Plan scoped harness work, review a plan, or assess recorded checks and risk. Do not execute implementation or publish by default.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# repo-harness-check Bot entrypoint for planning and verification decisions. Confirm the repo, scope, subject revision and worker ownership. ## Mode Selection - Create a plan only when a design decision needs it: `references/create.md`. - Review an existing plan: `references/review.md`. - Assess verification: consume commands, results, revision and environment. Ask the worker for missing checks from the target repo's agent instructions. Select independent review by the diff's Review by risk tier in the development flow; a low tier gets none. - Deployment readiness: `references/deploy-readiness.md`. - PR classification, and pre-merge verification of an external PR: `references/pr-verification.md`. - Review-comment triage for PR follow-up: `references/review-comment-triage.md`. - Architecture or refactor evidence for a scheduling decision: `references/architecture-evidence.md`. repo-harness supplies the evidence; the Bot decides what to schedule. ## Boundaries Ordinary tasks do not require an Approved plan or a contract file. How to install
mdr add ancienttwo/repo-harness/repo-harness-check@sha256:961c2a279fa51679The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261017.16ea127, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
