Screen and expand editorial backlink opportunities such as guest articles, expert contributions, industry publications, and curated resource pages. Use when topic fit, admission difficulty, and expected return must be balanced; do not write, pitch, pay, or submit without separate authorization.

# 质量外链扩量 筛选值得投入内容或沟通成本的文章投稿、行业媒体、专家贡献和编辑型资源机会。目标不是只追求高权重，也不是只追求数量，而是在主题适配、准入难度和预期回报之间取得平衡。 ## 输入 可以接收 Semrush 优先候选、竞品真实引荐域名、行业媒体名单、资源推荐页、公开投稿指南和历史候选表。候选来源本身不等于投递资格。 ## 筛选流程 1. 先确认页面类型：投稿指南、编辑部联系、专栏申请、资源页建议、赞助内容或已暂停计划。 2. 判断主题是否适合至少一个目标品牌，并说明可写的内容方向；仅能硬塞品牌名的不保留。 3. 判断准入要求：选题、样稿、作者资历、原创字数、编辑审核、独家要求、作品案例和响应方式。 4. 判断预期回报：目标读者、页面质量、编辑可信度、链接政策信号和品牌曝光价值。第三方权重只作参考。 5. 按免费、明确付费、费用待确认分类；保留证据页面和检查日期。 6. 输出可执行池、备用池和排除表，再交给 `backlink-workbook-delivery` 统一去重和制表。 详细判断见 [references/editorial-screening.md](references/editorial-screening.md)；费用和准入分类见 [references/fee-and-admission.md](references/fee-and-admission.md)。 ## 保留与排除 优先保留主题明确、官方入口清楚、读者与品牌匹配、投入可估算的机会。暂停投稿、只接受新闻稿、明显卖链、无编辑标准、内容农场或要求伪装推广的站点不得进入免费可执行池。高难度但高回报的机会进入备用池，不因难度大直接删除。 ## 状态边界 本技能只做研究和筛选。不撰写正式文章、不使用虚假作者身份、不发送提案、不付款、不承诺链接属性。交付状态最高为“质量线待执行候选”。
