Check the Pointframe knowledge base against the code and fix what it reports - paths, lessons, links across files, feature IDs, telemetry and smoke-test coverage, File map coverage, and the generated table of contents, Feature index, and Codex skill copies. Use after writing to the knowledge base; after renaming, moving, or adding files, telemetry events, or smoke tests; or when CI's "Knowledge base check" step fails.

Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

`check` rewrites generated things, so never edit them by hand: the table of contents, Feature index, and decision index in `docs/knowledge-base/knowledge-base.md`, the Codex copies of the `kb-*` skills in `.agents/skills/`, and `docs/knowledge-base/kb-baseline.json` (it only lowers entries). Never edit the rendered skills or the vendored kit; change `docs/knowledge-base/kb-slots.txt`, then run `pwsh scripts/kb.ps1 render` (template changes come only with a kit release).

`pwsh scripts/kb.ps1 selftest` runs the tool against synthetic fixtures shipped with the workflow kit (`scripts/verify.ps1` runs it first), and `pwsh scripts/kb.ps1 stats` prints bytes and estimated tokens per file, section, and task-suite task.

Fix every `ERROR`, then run `check` again until it prints `0 errors`:

The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261020.d000e38, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
