Use when the user asks to build a polished web UI or frontend experience: landing pages, marketing/product sites, dashboards, cinematic scroll animation, generative art, AI media assets, or conversion copy for a web page. Do not use for pure backend/API work, native mobile apps, Obsidian/plugin development, or HTML-only design prototypes that should use huashu-design.
