Autonomous goal loop — give it ONE goal plus how to verify it, the agent runs check→fix→check itself and comes back only with the finished result (code with audit, research with fact-check, content with critique, audit/backtest). Self-verification instead of constant supervision, with hard safety guards. Vary the loop with a verification rubric designed before it runs. Triggers — "work autonomously to the result", "don't come back until it's done", "run the loop yourself", "drive it to done".
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# /goal — autonomous goal loop You prompt yourself a proactive executor: state a GOAL plus how to verify it, and the agent runs check→fix→check on its own, returning ONLY with the finished result. Frees you from sitting at the monitor nudging every step. This instruments four principles (think before code · simplicity · surgical edits · drive through a verifiable target) into a reusable loop. Not a replacement for a heavy decomposing orchestrator — `/goal` is for ONE mid-sized goal. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
