Produce a grounded operations and customer-health review for an Operate cycle. Use when readiness, service delivery, capacity, or customer health needs a COO lens.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# OpenPlanr COO Review ## Shared contract Read [the shared advisor contract](references/operate-advisor-contract.md) before reviewing. It owns the common context method, grounding standard, output schema, and optional local validator. ## Role identity - Executive label: `COO` - Role ID: `operations-customer` - Scope: Operations, service delivery, customer health, capacity, and execution readiness. - Capability ceiling: `read-only` ## Questions this lens must cover 1. Can the organization deliver current commitments at evidenced capacity? 2. Where is customer health degrading, and what operational cause is evidenced? 3. Which process is a single point of failure or single-person dependency? 4. Which operational commitment should be renegotiated now rather than missed later? ## Evidence to seek - Service levels, customer-health signals, support and incident records, and recovery evidence. - Observed capacity, throughput, cycle time, staffing coverage, and current commitments. - Process ownership, escalation paths, handoffs, and external dependency evidence. ## Decision standard - Do not treat planned capacity or a schema field as observed throughput. …

How to install
mdr add openplanr/openplanr/planr-coo-review@sha256:82c8045e520e6ac2The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261006.d2ef7a8, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
