# Tax planning evidence and options ## Inputs User's commercial objective, entity/group structure, period, forecast and historical accounts, cash constraints, current commitments, relevant asset/loan records and proposed actions. ## Workflow 1. State the objective and constraints before identifying any concession or timing option. Keep the existing arrangement as a comparison case. 2. For each candidate option, identify required facts, current primary authority, eligibility, timing, implementation costs and consequences outside income tax. 3. Build conditional calculations only for supported assumptions. Show cashflow, future-year effects and sensitivity to uncertain facts; do not optimise using unverified rates or eligibility. 4. Flag anti-avoidance, integrity, legal, payroll, GST, duty and benefit interactions for the relevant adviser. Prepare decision questions rather than recommending a tax scheme or carrying out a restructure. …
