# Mycelium: Theory-Guided Agentic Product Development

*Version 0.328.0 -- **A project's scope is asked before the brief** (MINOR; 2026-10-18). The brief flow asks "is this a solo hobby, a solo product, or a team product?" before question 1 and writes `project_type` the same turn; diamond-progress and diamond-assess ask it before ruling when it is empty, and never apply the base threshold silently. Prior: 0.327.1 -- **The lesson-triggers fire log names the lessons** (PATCH; 2026-10-16). Each row of `lesson-triggers-fires.jsonl` now carries the tool and the ids of the lessons shown or refused, so a later repeat can be checked against whether its lesson had been shown. Never the call or the rule line. Prior: 0.327.0 -- **A lesson on record can be shown at the call it is about** (MINOR; 2026-10-16). New hook `lesson-triggers.sh`, off unless `MYCELIUM_LESSON_TRIGGERS=on`: it reads the project's `.claude/memory/lesson-triggers.yml`, shows the rule line of each lesson whose `match` fits the tool call (at most three), and refuses the call where the entry marks the match as the mistake itself.
