skills-manager-cli is agent-read markdown (skill) from jiweiyeah/skills-manager: Drive the Skills Manager CLI (`skm`) to initialize the hub, adopt unmanaged skills, list/enable/disable skills per AI tool, and doctor/fix symlink sync.
