Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Giveaway Winner Structure Turn a Prize budget into a Winner structure (how many, what tiers, how often) and a drawing, contact and fulfillment process that holds up when a Winner disappears or disputes the result. ## Before starting If `.agents/product-marketing.md` exists in the project (or `.claude/product-marketing.md`), read it first. Ask only for what it lacks: total Prize budget and currency, whether the Prize can be split into units, how many Entrants are expected, where Winners can be, and whether any judging is skill-based. For an unresponsive Winner, lead with "Check the deadline in your terms" and load `references/drawing-and-fulfillment.md`. Base the next action on that deadline and the notification already sent. If the deadline is unknown, put any seven-day example only in the assumption line immediately after the advice. It is not an established deadline for this Winner.
