# Transfer pricing evidence pack ## Inputs Group structure and jurisdictions, agreements and actual dealings, transaction ledger, segmented accounts, functions/assets/risks evidence, financing terms, existing benchmarking and method documentation, prior disclosures and reporting status. ## Workflow 1. Reconcile related-party dealings by counterparty, type, currency and period to the ledger and financial statements. Separate domestic transactions and unrelated dealings. 2. Compare agreements with actual conduct and assemble evidence of functions, assets and risks. Record discrepancies before relying on a pricing method. 3. Review the supplied method and comparability support against applicable current law and documentation guidance. Do not invent comparable transactions, database results or an arm's-length margin. 4. Identify applicable international-dealings and country-by-country documentation questions and reconcile proposed disclosures to the transaction register.
