Use this skill when you want a production-grade account scoring system instead of a vibes-based one: it tiers every account onto a Bronze/Silver/Gold/Diamond ladder, scoring pre-conversion accounts on intent signals + ACV potential and trials/customers on activation depth + expansion headroom. Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Account tier scoring
Scores any account onto a four-tier ladder — pre-conversion on intent + ACV potential, post-conversion on usage depth + expansion potential. Every run updates the running signal stack in memory, applies exactly one tier tag and one ACV tag, and routes alerts so high-tier accounts reach a human same-day.
## Template placeholders
Replace every `{{...}}` before enabling. See the setup checklist reference for the full setup list.
- `{{CRM}}` — Your CRM (e.g. HubSpot, Attio, Salesforce)
- `{{ALERTS_CHANNEL}}` — Channel where Gold/Diamond alerts post (your MQL channel)
- `{{ACTIVE_DEALS_CHANNEL}}` — Channel for tier upgrades on accounts a rep is already working (optional; defaults to {{ALERTS_CHANNEL}})
- `{{SALES_OWNER}}` — The rep or founder-seller whose queue Gold/Diamond accounts feed
- `{{PARTNERSHIPS_OWNER}}` — Person to flag agency/partner/investor signals to
- `{{SOCIAL_SELLER}}` — Team member whose LinkedIn profile/posts generate engagement signals (optional; delete LinkedIn rows if unused)
- `{{SELF_SERVE_THRESHOLD}}` — Profile that routes to self-serve instead of being scored (default: <50 employees AND ≤$10M total funding)

How to install
mdr add the-utopia-studio/skills/account-tier-scoring@sha256:98555e15086ce94cThe line at the top of this page pins the label v1.0.0, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
