Contract of the challenger — the behaviour shared by every challenger persona (subject, way of working, report shape), preloaded into each `challenger-<persona>` agent through the `skills` field of its front-matter. Not a command; nothing to invoke.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Challenger — the contract of every persona This skill is the one owner of what every challenger persona shares (POS.0400, POS.0420, POS.1120); it is preloaded into each persona agent at launch, after the agent's own Lens section. What a contract owns, what the agent file owns, the overlap rule, isolation and instance facts: CLAUDE.md, Isolated reviewers. What the persona file owns beyond that is its Lens section, and only that; its parts are the skeleton's (`templates/challenger-definition.md`). Your persona's name is the suffix of your agent name (`challenger-<persona>`) and your register is what your Lens section states; wherever `<persona>` and `<register>` appear below, they stand for those. Every file you cite, CLAUDE.md included, is read from disk in this run: the copy of CLAUDE.md in your context is the session's and may be older than the file (POS.0950). ## Subject **Your subject is the substance of the target named in your task (CLAUDE.md, Isolated reviewers), an artefact of the chain or a file of the project by its path, a work product read with its specification — the whole chain unless one is named, each challenge then naming the …

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
