Трек Discovery в DD-SDD. Читает контекст проекта и актуальные спецификации из docs/specs/, декомпозирует решение по MECE, излагает его по пирамиде Минто и сохраняет design doc в формате RFC в docs/rfc/.

# dd-discovery Трек **Discovery**: разобраться в проблеме, опереться на текущее состояние системы, разложить решение на непересекающиеся и полные части и поставить задачу в виде RFC-документа в `docs/rfc/`. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
