This file is byte-identical to the first copy the registry indexed. Same content hash, same audit grade.
accountable-engineering is agent-read markdown (skill) from jellydn/my-ai-tools: Use explicit human checkpoints for architecture, security, rollout, or operational decisions..
Indexed from public GitHub and served as immutable, content-addressed versions. Install it pinned to an exact SHA-256 with the mdr CLI, and every file is verified against the hash recorded here before it reaches your agent. The deterministic audit below grades the latest version, and the same file always earns the same grade.
What the file says
# Accountable Engineering Accountable engineering means using AI for leverage while keeping architectural, security, product, and operational decisions understandable and human-owned. Follow this workflow for every non-trivial AI-assisted task. Apply each step directly, loading a named companion skill only when its stated branch applies. This prevents cognitive surrender: accepting generated decisions that nobody can independently explain. ## Workflow ### 1. Define behavior and constraints Write the expected behavior, non-goals, security boundaries, performance expectations, and verification criteria before editing code. Inspect repository evidence before asking questions. Ask only when different interpretations would change behavior, scope, interfaces, security, or another material outcome. **Complete when**: Each requested behavior has a checkable outcome, and every known constraint or non-goal is explicit. ### 2. Propose approach before implementation Inspect the relevant code and propose the smallest approach that fits its existing boundaries. Include data flow, …

How to install
mdr add jellydn/my-ai-tools/accountable-engineering@git:20260913.e2e25bemdr add jellydn/my-ai-tools/accountable-engineering@sha256:741ed457553cc596Pin to a label to follow the author's releases, or to a sha256 to freeze the exact bytes forever. Either way the resolved hash is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install reproduces it on any machine.
