Standardized Medium skill for MediaUse. Includes Windows install, key onboarding, strict context/auth flow, full Medium dynamic command map, and safe read-oriented execution controls.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # MediaUse Medium Skill Use this skill to discover Medium posts by topic, tag, search, user feed, and to read full article content with preserved inline images. ## Scope Use this skill when the task targets Medium operations such as: - Account: health check - Get: topic feed, tag feed - Search: posts by keyword - User: posts by username - Read: full article by URL Medium defaults to `guest` account context and is primarily read-oriented. - Use `mediause use account medium:guest --json` before running dynamic commands. - `use account` defaults to a hidden browser session. - If you need visible browser control (challenge handling or debugging), use `mediause use account medium:guest --show --json`. ## 1. Install MediaUse CLI Install the MediaUse CLI in the user's own secure environment using the official npm package: ```powershell npm install -g @mediause/cli mediause --version ``` If the CLI is already installed, run the version check again to confirm it is available in PATH. How to install
mdr add mediause/agent-skills/medium@sha256:55e4590ff424b6e0The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261001.1593b54, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
