## 1) Cadrage (à remplir avant tout lancement)
Sujet · but utilisateur · périmètre (inclus / exclus) · langue (français par défaut) · format du livrable (md / docx / pptx / xlsx / chat) · contraintes (délai, coût, ce qui ne doit pas être publié).
## 2) Règles d'or
- **Une responsabilité par sous-agent** ; chaque agent est nommé par son **livrable** (`ecarts-outils`, pas « agent 2 »).
- Rien n'est présenté sans **étape de vérification** par le head.
- **Modèles** (R54 / DEC-031) : `fast` pour collecte volumineuse et classification, `default` pour analyse et rédaction, `deep` seulement pour un jugement critique sans validation humaine. Alias dans `${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/models.json` — jamais de nom de version dans un prompt.
- **Économie de contexte** : ne remontent que les conclusions, pas les dumps bruts (> 1 page → résumer avant d'intégrer).

How to install
mdr add geekfamilycorp/tricorderkit/head-agent@sha256:cdb7beef89a4ffb5The line at the top of this page pins the label v1.1, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
