AI-PLCのスキル（/04-operation 等）を通さずに済ませた作業を、あとから対象 Layer に記録する。どの Layer の作業かを決め、会話にしか無い中間生成物を Documents/ に書き起こし、backlog に ad-hoc タスクとして足し、04-operation の Phase 5.5〜7（検証・ステータス更新・Propagation）を通す。書き込み前に必ず承認を取る。「Propagationして」「さっきの作業を記録して」「Layerに残して」「backlogに後追いで入れて」で使う。.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent.
