The single send-surface to Google Play — sync the app's Play listing metadata, graphics, changelogs, AND in-app products / subscriptions from the hub source of truth, verify completeness, and upload them (the listing via fastlane supply, the in-app products via the Google Play Developer API). Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Play Store Deliver — the single Google Play send-surface (supply)
> **Conversational language:** talk to the user — questions, summaries, reports — in **the language the user writes in** — unless a `conversational language` is set in the hub `DATA.md` (`$APP_HUB/DATA.md`), which overrides it. This sets the *conversation* language only — content/deliverables follow the app's target locales.
The Google Play counterpart of `app-store-deliver`. Everything it sends is
**already authored** in the hub (`<slug>/store/play/…` + `media/play/`) by
`store-metadata-writer` / `play-store-metadata`. This skill **syncs it down,
verifies it, and delivers it** via `fastlane supply` (the Google Play Developer
API). It is the **one place** that uploads to Google Play.
This is the **SEND phase**, separate from authoring:

How to install
mdr add yybd/app-factory/play-store-deliver@sha256:de92cf75e4ac345cThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261014.d283321, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
