Explain cfKanban installation, usage, scoped administration, and deployment, using relevant public instance documentation when available. Use for onboarding, capability questions, and choosing among the three operational Skills; this guide does not execute operations.

Give a short capability explanation and a natural-language prompt the user can reuse; avoid API parameters and setup internals unless requested. Present cfKanban as Agent first: most daily collaboration can happen directly through the Agent without opening a UI. Offer the local workbench or full online app when the user wants to view or operate it themselves. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
