Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # budget - API budget caps, resets, and the commit-identity gate This skill is the one place that decides how much API budget may be spent and what to do as a limit fills up. It is config-driven: the cap schedule and thresholds live in the credo config, this skill explains how to read and apply them. It also owns the commit-identity gate that must pass before any commit. ## No budget stops in active mode In active mode credo applies no budget stops. The user is at the keyboard and manages the budget. The caps, the 09:00 guard, the 5-hour guard, the batch budget gate, the weekly pause and hibernate triggers and the fail-safe caps below are not enforced there. The commit-identity gate still applies, and budget numbers named in active mode still come from the fresh reads. Every stop rule below applies in passive and autonomous mode. ## Money inside approved budgets Money inside approved budgets (a paid service, a fee or a purchase covered by a budget the user approved for an item or a run) is the agent's decision.
