# seedcord agent guidelines Rules for anyone working in this repo with an AI coding tool. `CLAUDE.md` symlinks to this file. Two things live elsewhere. [`.github/CONTRIBUTING.md`](.github/CONTRIBUTING.md) covers setup, PR mechanics, and where AI-generated code stands. Each package's `README.md` describes that package. seedcord is pre-1.0. Breaking changes go in minor versions. Pick the cleanest design and break things to get it right. How to install
mdr add seedcord/seedcord/AGENTS.md@sha256:146712f6b3efd58dThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261021.958c08c, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
