Use when triaging, creating, labeling, searching, or closing GitHub issues.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# GitHub Issues
## Overview
Use issues as lightweight, searchable work records. Keep them specific enough that another agent or human can act without recovering hidden context.
## Common Commands
```bash
gh issue list --limit 20
gh issue view ISSUE_NUMBER --comments
gh issue create --title "Short title" --body "Context, tasks, acceptance criteria"
gh issue edit ISSUE_NUMBER --add-label documentation
gh issue close ISSUE_NUMBER --comment "Resolved by PR #123"
```
## Triage Shape
- Problem: what is broken or missing.
- Evidence: logs, screenshots, commands, or reproduction steps.
- Scope: files, skills, docs, or workflows likely involved.
- Done when: concrete acceptance criteria.
## Safety
- Do not paste private chat logs, tokens, local account data, or personal identifiers into public issues.
- Summarize sensitive evidence instead of copying it verbatim.
The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260514.27df22e, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
